Above Grade Earthworks was founded by husband-and-wife team Hunter and Korbyn Richardson after recognizing a recurring need in the construction industry: property owners needed practical, long-lasting exterior solutions backed by knowledge they could trust.

Korbyn brings the science behind every project. With a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Agriculture and a minor in Soil Science from Sam Houston State University, she specializes in evaluating each property's unique conditions to develop value-engineered solutions. Whether the project involves erosion control, drainage, hydroseeding, or site stabilization, her goal is to educate clients and design solutions that perform for years to come - not just solve today's problem.

Hunter brings those designs to life. Since 2016, he has built a reputation for craftsmanship, precision, and durability. From custom fencing and athletic equipment installation to hydroseeding and exterior construction, he believes every project should be completed with the same attention to detail as if it were his own property.

Together, Hunter and Korbyn combine engineering, construction expertise, and a commitment to exceptional customer service to help homeowners, businesses, schools, churches, and contractors build stronger, more resilient properties.
