Hunter and Korbyn Richardson started Above Grade Earthworks after seeing a recurring need in the construction industry: landowners needed effective erosion control with efficient installation.

Korbyn is the "brain" of the operation, holding a Master’s in Agriculture from Sam Houston State University. As CEO and President, along with her minor in Soil Sciences, she doesn't just offer a service; she offers an education, helping you understand your land so you can choose the best path forward.

Hunter is the "muscle" and the engine. Since 2016, he’s been mastering the art of the build—from high-durability fencing to precision hydroseeding. As COO, he takes Korbyn’s designs and turns them into reality, ensuring that every project is built to last.
